不審なメール・SMS（フィッシング詐欺など）に関するご注意について

昨今、ネットでご予約をされたお客様に対し、メール・SMS等で不審なメッセージが送信される事象が確認されております。
これら事象に関しましては、予約管理システム側での不正アクセスが判明しており、現在はセキュリティ対策が強化され、正常に稼働しているとの連絡を受けております。
なお、クレジットカード情報の流出はありませんでした。

当館からのメッセージは、お問い合わせに記載されているアドレス、または noreply@d-reserve.jp からのみとなります。
■ ご注意いただきたい事項
上記連絡先以外からのメッセージには対応されないようお願い申し上げます。
不審なリンクはクリックしないよう、また、開いてしまった場合もクレジットカード情報等を入力しないようご注意ください。

Recently, we have confirmed cases where suspicious emails or SMS messages have been sent to customers who made online reservations.
We have been informed that unauthorized access to the reservation management system caused this issue, but security measures have now been strengthened and the system is operating normally.
Please rest assured that no credit card information has been leaked.

Messages from our hotel will only be sent from the address listed on our contact page or from noreply@d-reserve.jp.
■ Important Precautions
Please be cautious of suspicious messages from other sources and do not respond to them.
Do not click on suspicious links, and even if you accidentally open them, please do not enter credit card information.
